Aristoteles and Eudoxus

Aristoteles lower left centre and Eudoxus at upper right taken with the Astrovid 2000 and a 200mm (8 inch) SkyWatcher Newtonian under very good sky conditions.

These are great telescopes for studing fine detail on the Moon.

Werner

Craters Werner & Aliacensis

Werner is the centre crater in this picture. To the upper left is Aliacensis. This image was captured using a low-cost surveillance video camera circuit with an 8 inch SkyWatcher reflector.

Waning Moon THE MOON

Beautiful image contrast is seen here in this image of the Moon using a SW600 SkyWatcher 8-inch Newtonian telescope and low-cost CCD video camera.

Jupiter

Jupiter & two moons

These very basic stacked video images show Jupiter and its great red spot circulating in the upper clouds of the planet. Two moons are also seen just to the right.
